Ingredients
1 can of Fiesta Corn - drained
1 can of your favorite Manwich - I used Original
¼ sweet onion chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
½ bag Crispy Crowns - you can also use regular tater tots
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until the meat is brown and cooked through out
Add in the corn and Manwich
Mix well, pour the Manwich mixture into a 8x8 baking dish.
Top with a single layer crispy crowns
Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese
Bake for 20 minutes
