Directions:
one - Preheat the oven to 375F.
two - Oil a mini muffin pan or simply use some cooking spray.
three - In a bowl, stir together Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and set aside.
four - Unisin another bowl, cream together Butter and Sugar for three min, or until smooth and fluffy.
five - Add to the sec bowl containing the Butter mixture, Egg and Vanilla Extract and mix until everything is well combined.
six - Gradually mix both bowls together until a smooth Dough is formed.
seven - Cover the Dough, and chill for at least one hour.
eight - Roll the Dough into small walnut sized balls and place them in the muffin pan.
nine - Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
ten - Let the Cups cool for one min or two, then with a teaspoon press down making an indention on each Cookie Cup.
eleven - Fill with Nutella. Servea nd enjoy.
